WHO DOES THIS POLICY APPLY TO?

• The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on drmeso.com.
• If you are a Retail Customer who purchased a Dr. Meso product from a website or physical location that is not drmeso.com, please contact the clinic or website from which you purchased the product. Each clinic and website has their own return policy.
• If you are a Clinic Partner (a clinic with an existing Dr. Meso account) with questions about returning products you ordered from Dr. Meso, please contact us directly.

We appreciate that all skin is unique and we are always here to support you in finding a skin care protocol that is right for you and your skin concerns. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy for orders placed by Retail Customers on drmeso.com. 

If you are not satisfied with a product you have received in your order, please follow the steps below. We accept returns for product(s) purchased on drmeso.com and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s). 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.

To request a return:

1. Email info@drmeso.com and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.
2. Your return request will be processed by our Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to Dr. Meso.

Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s) to Dr. Meso, unless Dr. Meso shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on drmeso.com. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.

Dr. Meso reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Dr. Meso reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.
